After spending many years working at and guiding companies, building HR processes and scaling teams, I've witnessed first hand the many ways companies break their promises made to their employees. Instead of just saying "well, that's not fair!", I've decided to do something about it. Join me on this journey of keeping companies fair and true to their word. :)

My Story
I started saying "well, that's not fair" when I was 4 years old and haven't stopped since.
I started working (in England of all places) right when I just turned 18. I waited tables to save up money and get into University to study law (speaking of fair...). I landed my first real office job in 2011 and in 2014 I was leading the online marketing strategy for the biggest online publisher in Hungary (waving hi to my Startlap friends out there :)).
The same year life brought me to Belgium and passion drove me to HR. I've worked at very high paced companies and helped build and scale smaller startups as a consultant. I've been really lucky, as in the last 15 years I've seen a lot of companies from inside out. I've also found a pattern.
The biggest driver of quiet quitting and disengagement in most workplaces is the companies themselves not keeping their own promises.
In fact, most companies crumble behind the facade built by employer branding.
And that's not fair. So, I'm here to change that.
